Fenugreek Leaves

Dried fenugreek leaves, known in the trade as kasuri methi, carry a concentrated savoury aroma quite different from the seed. They are graded on colour retention, leaf-to-stem ratio and aroma strength. The leaves are supplied to seasoning manufacturers and the retail spice trade.
