Turmeric Bulb

Turmeric bulb is the rounded mother rhizome of the turmeric plant, dried and polished for the whole-spice trade. It is graded on curcumin content, colour and polish, with single- and double-polished forms available. Bulbs are typically bought for onward grinding and for food colouring applications.
