Bird Eye Chilli (Capsicum Annuum)

Bird eye chilli is a very small, sharp-heat red chilli supplied whole and sun-dried. It is graded on pungency, colour, stem condition and moisture. The chilli is traded to hot-sauce makers, seasoning blenders and the retail spice trade.
