Oil Seeds

Black Mustard Bold

Bold black mustard is a larger-calibre seed than the small grade, preferred where a more visible seed and slower flavour release are wanted. It is graded on seed size, purity and oil content. The seed is traded to condiment manufacturers, pickling processors and oil mills.
