Hulled Sesame Seed

Hulled sesame seed has had its outer seed coat mechanically removed, leaving a clean ivory-white kernel. It is graded on whiteness, purity, moisture and free fatty acid content, with 99.95% and 99.98% purity grades standard. Hulled seed is supplied to bakery, confectionery and tahini manufacturers.
