Sago Seed

Sago seed, traded as sabudana or tapioca pearls, is a hard, spherical starch pearl milled from tapioca root and dried to a milky-white finish. It is graded on pearl size, starch content and colour, and supplied sortex-clean and free from foreign matter. The pearls are bought by snack, papad and food ingredient manufacturers.
