Rice Poha

Rice poha, or flattened rice, is parboiled rice rolled into light flakes in thin, medium and thick grades. It is graded on flake thickness, colour, purity and moisture. Poha is supplied to snack manufacturers, breakfast-food processors and the retail trade.
